- How does the deposit work?
- You pay 50% to secure your build slot. We contact you within 24 hours to confirm finish, dimensions and access. Nothing is built until you've signed everything off. The balance is due before delivery.
- Can I change the size, colour or handles?
- Yes — every design is customisable. Standard size is 6ft × 3ft, and finish, colours, handles and dimensions can all be adjusted. Choose 'Custom size or finish' below, or message us on WhatsApp.
- Will it fit through my doorway?
- Please check your tightest doorway, hallway or staircase before ordering. We also confirm access with you directly after checkout, before we start building.
- What is your returns policy?
- As each piece is made to order, we cannot offer returns for change of mind. If your mandir arrives damaged, we will repair, replace or refund in full.
- How long does it take?
- Typically 2–6 weeks from design confirmation to delivery, depending on the design. You will get a clear timeline before any work begins.
