- How does the deposit work?
- You pay 50% to secure your build slot. We contact you within 24 hours to confirm finish, dimensions and access, and nothing is built until you have signed everything off. The balance is due before delivery.
- Can dimensions, colours or handles be changed?
- Yes — every design is customisable. Standard size is 6ft × 3ft, and finish, colours, handles and dimensions can all be adjusted. Tell us at checkout or message us on WhatsApp.
- Will it fit through my doorway?
- Please check your access points — doorways, hallways and staircases — before ordering. We also confirm access with you directly after checkout, before we start building.
- What is your returns policy?
- As each piece is made to order, we cannot offer returns for change of mind. If your mandir arrives damaged, we will repair, replace or refund in full.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We cover the whole of the UK. We have built mandirs across London, Middlesex, Surrey, Hertfordshire, the Midlands and the North.
- How long does it take?
- Typically 2–6 weeks from design confirmation to delivery, depending on the design. You will get a clear timeline before any work begins.
